we have sent you over 50 emails asking for evidence of the claims made by yourselves and by jukeen and ana gori - we have asked ana gori and jukeen probably as many times by email as well - all of you have failed to do so despite having had 6 months to respond to the basic request - when we telephoned last.fm and spoke to you, you suggested that we send an e-mail - when we pointed out that you just ignored 6 months of e-mails and asked what was the point of sending any more emails that you will just ignore you had no answer at all - so - we suggested that we may well come to your offices to sort things out - that is exactly what we are going to do - let's hope your staff have not been out at too many parties recently because apparently drug dogs can pick up on the scent of substances easily if anyone has used them in the preceding 2 or 3 weeks before contact and we will have one of those for company when we visit you. Perhaps you can contact ana and jukeen to get all the info required and copy the data from your servers that we need to start legal action so that you can provide them to us when we drop in to your offices next week.

That's the prediction - 78% of last.fm's staff will be in a little court of law really soon and then maybe they will stop finding things so amusing. CBS may want to start recruiting now as staff levels will prove to be a problem and many will not be able to return to work. There is a saying...... he who laughs last, laughs longest........ but we don't find it funny now and we will never find it funny. You can have the first and last laugh but you will stop laughing soon.

Addition : 18th April : Ana Gori and Jukeen, please take note. We do find it funny that you think our lawyers and legal representatives and all the members of the funkcartel are the same person. Perhaps you assume that the law court staff will all be the same person as well. When this gets to court you are going to have to face up to the fact that there is more than one person living in england and there is more than one member of the funkcartel.  ASB Law have hundreds of staff, not one, the Law Courts have hundreds of staff, not one and when you see that for yourselves, perhaps you will stop deluding yourselves.

funkcartel's top track last week was Solace Raining Sunshine - Played 320 times
the same track according to last.fm has only been played a total of 178 times though in the last 6 months. They need to get rid of the algorithms and use a calculator

More people have played one track by the funkcartel than have played all of ana gori's album. Indian Rain Angel alone has got more listeners than all of ana's songs put together. The funkcartel also have 3 more albums available at last.fm. So, who has the highest playcount. Yes, you guessed it Ana Gori. Do the maths people.

Syrian Sirens is from the Voices album and another mix of this track will also be included on the 5th album this year entitled 'The United Nations of Funk' -  Although the funkcartel have yet to release any recordings, charts success has been achieved at last.fm - funkcartel are currrently 7 and  8 in the Independent Artists Charts in 2 seperate groups

The funkcartel have just launched a new group for funky music and video - drum and bass, trip-hop and electronica for the bristol, ninja tune and metalheadz scene. The group already has a web radio station and is being run alongside the calmer coma and revolution groups at vox and last.fm

2 new pre-release promo versions of the 'funk' track have been loaded here @ vox and @ last.fm : There is an original funky Tech House mix and also the Cartel Vocal Mix which is being played on the iau's revolution100 radio. The web radio station goes out here at vox groups and also at last.fm -
