we thought it polite to 'share' this with last.fm who have been notified of this post today. we have asked them to post up evidence to prove their claims that we have stated an intent to harm and or kill them. we have been asking for this evidence for at least 3 months now and yet they have failed to respond, maybe they will this time.

we should also point out we read all their terms and conditions again last night and we have not broken any rules at all. we also read that they declare they do not use persistent cookies but they do - they also break their own privacy rules - they also fail to mention that they read all private mail on their platform as you type it. they also lie their butts off about their scheme to pay artists royalties - last.fm you should be ashamed - you are ripping artists off left right and centre and any artists that can see sense will leave your platform just like we have and request all content to be removed.
