mustaglia is in the middle row - 2 in from the left - that's who the moderators report to - they are the people who have claimed to have international authority and global jurisdiction regarding all communication made via the internet worldwide, these are the internet police, these people think they have control over all the artists at last.fm, they have the right to artitsts recordings, they have the right to give artists recordings away to anyone on their platform for free.

lumberjack, 4th row 2nd column is Stefan, he is the labels manager and as labels manager you would expect him to know the reason why a label was banned, but he didn't know. You would also expect him to be older then 24 but like most last.fm staff he has only just left his teenagers years. Stefan was approached to discuss the benefits of advertising at last.fm and was asked how he thought thousands of pounds of a marketing budget could be best utilized at last.fm. He decided that was rude.

Apparently all these people have been threatened by us and we have allegedly stated an intent to kill them. [yeah right]

I asked Mustaglia a very simple question 4 weeks ago now. I even knew the answer myself when I asked it - that was not the point though. The point is that Last.FM staff do not have a professional approach. It is just so rude to ignore people for months at a time. Why are these people employed if they do not actually do anything. They sure did respond to Ana Gori fast so what's the deal with these people.

Last.FM are now advertising for a lawyer and when that position has been filled - I shall keep the new member of staff very busy indeed.
